1. Acceptance
By using the Ternloop platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description
Ternloop provides a hosted email outreach platform with contact management, email creation, sending, and campaign analytics. Available features and usage limits depend on your plan. Large sends are paced for deliverability, and if our sending infrastructure or quota is reached, an execution may continue and finish the next day.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, maintain credential security, and notify us of unauthorized access. Users under 13 may not use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not violate laws, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, send spam, or reverse-engineer proprietary components.
5. Intellectual Property
Ternloop is proprietary software. Ternloop retains its rights in the service, software, and brand assets. Using the service does not grant ownership of these assets.
6. Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts for Terms violations. You may cancel at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ternloop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
